The day begins early as our factory comes alive with activity. Shift supervisors oversee the preparation of machinery, ensuring everything is calibrated and ready for production. From denim and dyeing to twill production, our team operates specialized machines, including:

Production Wash Machines: 17 units for large-scale garment washing.
Sample Wash Machines: 6 units to perfect the finishing processes for prototypes.
Acid Wash Machines: 4 units, ensuring intricate detailing on select garments.

The planning and coordination team, led by our Manager of Planning and Coordination, Salauddin, maps out the day’s workflow to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.

Midday: Quality Control and Innovation

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Throughout the day, garments pass through rigorous quality control checks to ensure they meet our exacting standards.

Denim: We produce over 150,000 pieces monthly, with precision detailing that includes dry and acid washing processes.
Twill: With a monthly capacity of 250,000 pieces, this is one of our flagship products.

Meanwhile, our Research and Development (R&D) team works on creating new garment designs, testing washes, and exploring sustainable production methods. Their innovations keep Empire Clothing ahead of the curve in a highly competitive industry.

Afternoon: Ensuring Smooth Operations

As production continues, our Assistant General Manager, Md. Akinur, oversees the technical aspects of the process. Maintenance teams ensure that our advanced machinery, such as dryers and hydro machines, operate at peak performance.

Key machinery at work includes:

Production Dryer Machines: 15 units to handle large-scale drying needs.
Sample Dryer Machines: 1 unit for prototype garments.
Hydro Machines: 6 units for efficient moisture removal.

Our logistics team also prepares for outbound shipments. Cover vans ensure timely and secure delivery of finished products to clients across the globe.

Evening: Wrapping Up and Reflecting
